PROPUESTA METODOLÓGICA DE EJERCICIOS PARA MEJORAR LA FLEXIBILIDAD DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 10 A 12 AÑOS

METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSAL FOR EXERCISES TO IMPROVE THE FLEXIBILITY OF STUDENTS FROM 10 TO 12 YEARS OLD
ABSTRACT
Physical health consists of the well-being of the body and the optimal functioning of the body of individuals, that is, it is a general condition of people who are in good physical, mental, emotional condition and who do not suffer from any type of disease. Physical education can play an important role in improving endurance, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility, as long as physical exercises are applied correctly and planned, the research was carried out at the Tiburcio Macias Educational Unit in order to obtain the answers to the following questions: ¿What happens when students do not have the necessary motor heritage to carry out an activity? How can you determine the physical condition and therefore the degree of flexibility of the students? What proposal can be made to improve flexibility? For this, a stratified random sample was taken from the total population of students (78) aged between 10 - 12 years, which was 38 people, equivalent to 49%; from the theoretical point of view, the method of analysis and synthesis was used to elaborate the theoretical framework of the investigation, the systemic structural functional theoretical method was also used to make the exercise guide, and the hypothetical-deductive method was also used to conceive and develop the research experiment. The inductive-deductive and statistical method were also applied to interpret the results of the study and to reach the conclusions of the research work.
